Export a conversation from WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram as .txt or .zip.

Exporting from WhatsApp
Open the chat → tap the contact name → scroll to "Export chat" → choose "Without media" → save the .txt file. Then upload it to Chat Recap AI.
Exporting from Telegram
Telegram Desktop → chat → "Export chat history" → select "Machine-readable JSON".
Exporting from Instagram
Instagram → Settings → Meta Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information → request "Messages" in JSON.
